Sempat unjuk kebolehan di ajang MWC 2012, kini Acer mengungkapkan spesifikasi lengkap tablet Iconia Tab A700 dengan layar Full HD.
Dalam event Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2012, Acer menampilkan tablet Iconia Tab A700 dengan dapur pacu prosesor Nvidia Tegra 3 SoC dan memiliki resolusi layar full high definiton (HD).
Dikabarkan bahwa, tablet ini merupakan perangkat yang masih jarang atau bahkan sebagai produk baru yang mengusung full HD LCD (liquid crystal display). Diduga tablet Acer Iconia Tab A700 Full HD ini adalah pesaing kuat dari Asus Transformer Pad Infinity.
Tablet Iconia besutan Acer ini memiliki ukuran layar 10,1 inci dengan resolusi 1920 x 1200 pixel. Terdapat port HDMI outpout yang mendukung dual display, dan port HDMI ke VGA outpout (untuk projektor).
Untuk output audio, disematkan teknologi Dolby Mobile 3+ dengan 5.1 HD premium, mendukung microUSB, slot microSD untuk kapasitas penyimpanan daya hingga 32GB.
Selain itu, terdapat dua buah webcams, dengan besaran resolusi kamera 5MP di belakang, dan HD di depan. Tablet Iconia Tab A700 Full HD berjalan di sistem operasi Android 4.0 dan memiliki ketahanan baterai hingga 11,5 jam.
Diprediksikan tablet ini akan dibanderol dengan harga yang beragam sesuai dengan versi besaran memori penyimpanan internalnya, mulai dari 16, 32, dan 64GB (sekira USD 719 sampai dengan USD 981)
